UK companies:
Could you use an extra pair of hands?
Are your staff tied up with admin instead of pushing the business forward? Or do you need some specialist help for a project that’s stuck in the pipeline?
If you’re overworked (and most companies are!) a funded short-term placement could give you some vital breathing space. And that’s where we come in.
Whatever the problem, ETS can help you fill the gap
Through the Leonardo Da Vinci Programme, we have a pool of European trainees looking for UK work experience in all types of roles: that’s literally everything from admin and support roles through to specialist work in just about every market sector.
As well as skills and enthusiasm, our high calibre trainees often bring a new social and cultural dynamic to a workplace. Some have even helped their host company break into new international markets!
And because you don’t pay their salary, it’s a win-win situation.
New host companies needed
We have a constant flow of talented young people coming to the UK, so we’re always looking for companies who can play host for a few weeks or months. Most of our placements are based in the Midlands or South Wales, but we’re always open to working with companies in other parts of the UK.
Any size company, any sector
Naturally we care about management style and how our trainees will be looked after – but we really don’t mind what market you’re in, as long as it’s legal and decent! We pride ourselves on our ability to source any kind of placement - so no matter how niche your business is, we’ll find you a willing trainee.
So – we hope you’ll find all sorts of reasons to work with ETS. In this section, you can learn more about us and how our trainees have helped other businesses. And of course you can apply to join our network of host companies.
